Over the course of the past decade, I’ve facilitated and led 50+ workshops (no photos due to NDA).

Types of workshops I’ve led:

  • Product Vision Workshop: Vision-alignment with C-suites to stack hands on the vision, strategy and objectives of a product and / or business Outputs: Vision statement, long-term product strategy

  • Jobs-to-be-Done Workshop: Identifies core user jobs, motivations, and unmet outcomes. Outputs: JTBD statements, opportunity maps

  • Ideation & Co-creation Workshop: Generates and refines solutions collaboratively with users and key stakeholders. Outputs: prioritized concepts, user-validated ideas, user journeys

  • Prioritization Workshop: Ranks initiatives by impact and effort. Outputs: Prioritized backlog or initiative list

  • MVP Definition Workshop: Defines the smallest viable scope to test value. Outputs: MVP feature set, validation hypotheses

  • OKR / Outcome Definition Workshop: Aligns on measurable objectives. Outputs: Agreed OKRs, success metrics

  • Roadmapping Workshop: Sequences initiatives over time. Outputs: Product roadmap, themes, milestones

  • Technical Discovery Workshop: Assesses feasibility and technical risks. Outputs: Technical approach, risk log

  • Go-to-Market Workshop: Aligns on launch and adoption approach. Outputs: GTM plan, messaging, channel strategy

  • Change Adoption Workshop: Plans rollout and adoption. Outputs: Adoption plan, change actions

 

Below is an example of a pro-bono inclusive design workshop

I volunteer with (These)abilities, a Singaporean social enterprise that designs solutions (i.e. products, services, and experiences) for people with differing abilities. I’ve facilitated inclusive design workshops for corporates, students, and teachers in Singapore

Further, I work with the business development team to advocate for the awareness and use of accessibility metrics in business solutions in Singapore.
