About

Product Designer & Creative Technologist

McKinsey & Company | MIT Media Lab

// Hello, World!

I’m a Director of Product & Design at McKinsey & Company, where I build and scale AI-driven products and design organizations for Fortune 500 companies. Over the past 8 years, I’ve led teams across the full product lifecycle—taking ideas from zero to launch and driving measurable impact at scale. My portfolio spans a multi-billion-dollar mobile app, several multi-million-dollar web and native apps launched internationally, and AI-powered tools that are reshaping industries from healthcare to real estate.

Beyond product delivery, I help organizations grow and mentor diverse design teams, implement design ops and scalable systems, and partner with C-suite leaders to align design strategy with business outcomes. My approach balances data, craft, and humanity: integrating LLMs and AI into workflows, maintaining a high bar for visual and interaction design, and ensuring accessibility and inclusion remain central.

The products I’ve designed span digital platforms, service ecosystems, and spatial experiences. My process runs end-to-end: from facilitating vision-setting workshops with executives, to conducting ethnographic research, to building design systems and prototypes, to refining products post-launch using user feedback and performance metrics. I bring together my background in human–computer interaction, design ethnography, and civic technology to design human-centered, future-oriented experiences that balance innovation with empathy.

In my previous life, I worked in the fields of design, anthropology, and emerging technology (e.g., generative and conversational AI). I received my M.Sc from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT Media Lab, Center for Civic Media where I built technologies as interventions towards new speculative futures for our relationships with emerging AI technologies, privacy, and surveillance. For more on hacking Alexa, Google and Siri, see here. Prior to this, I worked in UX design, tech consulting, and international development. For writing, explore here.

When I’m not prototyping, you can find me working on a new mixtape, scaling a rock wall, hiking a mountain, tucked away reading poetry, or simply sitting and watching the world go by. For more life explorations, go here.
